Having well defined policies for the services and repositories to be on-boarded to EOSC is as important as the quality of the services themselves. The NI4OS-Europe wiki is used as a common place where the project partners can find example policies for various services, as well as templates to help them develop ones for their services to be onboarded. The list includes templates for Acceptable Use Policy, Terms of Use Policy etc, generic policies such as NI4OS Europe Acceptable Use Policy, NI4OS-Europe Access policy, as well as examples of policies for specific services such as NI4OS-Europe Login Privacy Notice, Training platform policies as well as thematic services policy examples. The list is constantly growing, encompassing new policies as services are prepared for on-boarding.
