Deputy Director, Institute of Information and Communication Technologies
Prof. Todor Gurov is a deputy director of the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. His major research interests are: HPC and cloud computing, parallel optimization, Monte Carlo and quasi-Monte Carlomethods and applications. Within the last 15 years he published more than 70 papers in peer reviewed conferences and journals (being cited more than 200+times). Currently, he is a supervisor of two PhD students and leads Bulgarian teams in some national and international R&D projects.
